Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026 · SparkU Solutions LLC
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fault Fixer AI, operated by SparkU Solutions LLC (“SparkU Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
Fault Fixer AI is an AI-powered diagnostic copilot for industrial maintenance technicians. The service allows users to create equipment asset profiles, upload wiring diagrams and schematics, and interact with Rob, an AI assistant that guides structured fault diagnosis.
Rob is an AI assistant. He is a diagnostic aid — not a licensed engineer, certified electrician, or safety officer. All guidance provided by Rob must be evaluated by a qualified person before being acted upon. The service is intended to support your professional judgment, not replace it.
⚠ Safety Disclaimer
Rob is an AI assistant only. All troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities must be performed in accordance with your employer's safety policies, applicable lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart S, OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E, and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
SparkU Solutions LLC is not liable for any personal injury, equipment damage, financial loss, production downtime, or any other harm arising from actions taken in reliance on AI-generated guidance. Do not bypass safety procedures. Do not perform work outside your qualification or authority. When in doubt, stop and consult a qualified person.
2. User Eligibility
By using Fault Fixer AI, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a qualified maintenance technician, electrician, reliability engineer, or other industrial maintenance professional, or you are operating under the direct supervision of a qualified person;

- You have the authority to use and upload the equipment documents you provide to the service;
- Your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and your employer's policies.

9. Third-Party AI Services
Fault Fixer AI uses third-party AI services to generate Rob's responses. Your messages and relevant document context are transmitted to these services as part of normal operation. We may use different or additional AI providers as the technology evolves. By using the service, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by third-party AI services subject to their own terms and data handling policies.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms;

- Any misuse of the service or its intellectual property;
- Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the service, other users, or SparkU Solutions.
Upon termination, your access to the service and your data will be revoked. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular diagnostic outcome will result from using Rob. AI guidance may be incomplete, incorrect, or inapplicable to your specific situation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkU Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, production loss, or financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service or from reliance on Rob's guidance.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Fault Fixer AI shall first be submitted for informal resolution by contacting us at support@faultfixer.ai. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SparkU Solutions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
